Blueberry Hill is a new boutique business hotel in Honeydew, North-west of Johannesburg, only a stone throw away from the renowned Eagle Canyon Golf Course and minutes from Lanseria Airport and Sandton. It has been perfectly positioned to be a hub of activity and is the only hotel in Honeydew to offer:
  • 69 spacious, fully serviced 4-star rooms
  • Exciting investment opportunities with 15 luxurious penthouses
  • Fully-equipped business centre and business lounge
  • State-of-the-art conference and meeting rooms
  • A heated pool, gym and spa
  • Unique dining experiences in magnificent settings
Circle’s challenge was to create a brand identity and visual language that clearly differentiates Blueberry Hill from other well-established business hotels in Johannesburg.
Inspired by the perfect location of the hotel and the many conveniences it offers, the logo signifies the 360-degree rotation of a clock, which is symbolic of time, the rhythm of the hotel and all that can be achieved in a day at Blueberry Hill.
The unique shapes illustrated in the logo are reminiscent of clock dials, which were applied across various collateral and used as information holding devices. The colour palette steers away from typical corporate colours, primarily influenced by the deep blue-indigo colour of blueberries, complemented by additional berry colours which helps differentiate Blueberry Hill from other business hotel offerings.
The visual language was used across all corporate stationery, vehicle branding, signage uniforms, emailers and print collateral. This distinctive visual language and identity will continue to inspire and welcome modern corporate travellers from near and far.
